Staff Sgt. Victor Settles is a surgical technician stationed in Iraq.   Settles, a father of 5 from San Antonio TX, has become an important figure to Iraqi children.   He spends his down time distributing toys, games, and other items to children both in and out of the hospital.

Back in July of 2007 I was fortunate enough to make contact with "Julieann Najar"
soldiersmother2@charter.net  Who  asked if I would like to receive e-mails from and about the military.   I was very happy to say yes.  One of the e-mails I received was from Staff Sgt. Victor Settles.  I was so impressed with both the letter and the pictures that I have dedicated this page to him...  A decision I will never regret.  Unfortunately I did not get in on the start of these fine letters and pictures.
